Mt. Moon Fest is an annual DIY musical festival produced by Mt. Moon Collective. So, what is Mt. Moon? At first, it was a house. For the fun of it, we threw little concerts in our living room and invited all our friends, "houses shows". After some time, these really started to take off, and we out grew our living. Now, we produce concerts in various spaces all over Peoria, like bars, coffee shops, warehouses, parking lots, whoever will have us, really. With community building at the core of what we do, an integral part of our Fest is to fundraise for a local, valuable charity. The charity is decided by instagram poll, and this year, LULA NFP was chosen to be the benefactor.
